I've been exactly where you are: frustrated with bloating, irregular cycles, stubborn fatigue, and hormone chaos that no doctor could fully explain. After years of antibiotics, stress, and conflicting advice left my gut in ruins (and my hormones along with it), that's why I started researching the science of root-cause healing. I reclaimed my energy, clear skin, pain-free periods, and confidence through simple, food-first changes and no fad diets or endless pills.

Now, as a women's gut and hormone health coach, I help hundreds of women like you do the same. My approach is practical, science-backed, and holistic: fixing your plate to fix your life.
